Enhanced Shipping and Fulfillment Configuration

We’re excited to announce new, flexible fulfillment and shipping configuration options. These updates give marketplace operators more control over how orders are fulfilled and how shipping is managed, allowing you to tailor the fulfillment process to your business model.

With these new settings, you can now:

• Choose your fulfillment model: Choose whether the marketplace or individual sellers will fulfill orders—or opt for a hybrid model that allows a combination of both. This ensures flexibility in managing inventory and shipping logistics across your marketplace.

• Manage supported countries: Define the countries where your marketplace can ship products and set up shipping zones accordingly. This makes it easier to manage where you ship to.

To get started, navigate to your marketplace configuration settings and update these settings.
