Manage Order Notes

Order notes allow buyers and staff members to communicate instructions, requirements, or other relevant details about an order. There are a few options to handle order notes with Nautical.

Customer order notes Customers can add a single note per order, which is stored in the customerNote field.

Order line notes A single note can be attached to each order line in the marketplace or seller order, which is stored in the note field of each order line.

Staff order notes Staff members can log notes against the marketplace or seller order. They are not visible to buyers but serve as internal communication among staff members.
