Default Report Types
The default reports are pre-formatted and automatically available. They cover the common analytics needs of most marketplaces.
Number of orders (#)
The Number of orders (#) report shows the number of orders over a selected time period.
- X-axis: The x-axis represents the date, separated by the selected grouping: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Y-axis: The y-axis shows the number of orders.
- Bars: Each bar represents the total number of orders for the corresponding time period.
Gross sales ($)
The Gross sales ($) report shows the total sales volume over a selected time period, inclusive of taxes and shipping fees.
- X-axis: The x-axis represents the date, separated by the selected grouping: daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
- Y-axis: The y-axis shows the sales amount.
- Bars: Each bar represents the total gross sales amount for the corresponding time period.
Order details
The Order details report shows a detailed break down of each marketplace order within a selected time period.
- Quick filters: You can quickly filter the report by customer.
- Sorting: Select a column to sort the report by that column.
- Columns: Select the gear icon to edit columns. Drag-and-drop columns to rearrange them.
Orders by status
The Orders by status report visualizes the break down of order statuses within a selected date range.
Each slice of the pie chart represents a status, with the size of the slice proportional to the number of orders in each status.
Order line items
The Order line items report shows a detailed break down of each item ordered within a selected time period.
- Quick filters: You can quickly filter the report by seller.
- Sorting: Select a column to sort the report by that column.
- Columns: Select the gear icon to edit columns. Drag-and-drop columns to rearrange them.
Net sales by seller ($)
The Net sales by seller ($) report visualizes the total net sales generated by each seller over a selected date range. Net sales refers to the product sales volume, omitting tax and shipping.

Variant 30-60-90 day sales
The Variant 30-60-90 day sales report shows a detailed break down of order and fulfillment activity for each product variant, with data points comparing performance over the past 30, 60, and 90 days.
