Download reports

You can download reports for further processing or to extend with third-party tools. Before downloading the data, you can apply custom filters to the data.

Download formats

The following table summarizes which download formats are available for each report type:

Download reports

1. In the dashboard, navigate to the Analytics page.
2. Select the report you want to download.
3. Complete one of the following, depending on the report type:
   • If there is a Download button, select it.
   • If there is no download button:
     1. Open the three-dot actions menu.
     2. Select the Download option.
4. Select the download format.
5. Select Download.

View underlying data

You can view the underlying data for pie chart and bar chart reports.

1. In the dashboard, navigate to the Analytics page.
2. Select the report whose underlying data you want to view.
3. Select the three-dot actions menu.
4. Select Expose Underlying Data.
   The data table appears in a new window.
