View customer orders

From a customer's profile you can view their active checkouts, entire order history, and an overview of their recent activity.

View active checkouts

  1. In the dashboard, navigate to Customers.
  2. Select the customer whose active checkouts you want to view.
  3. In the Checkouts section, you can view the list of active checkouts. The following information is shown for each checkout:
    • The Token is a unique identifier that can be provided to Nautical Support to troubleshoot a checkout instance.
    • The Created date shows when the customer started a checkout instance.
    • The Total shows the total order value.

Reset a checkout

If a customer is having issues with checkout, you can reset their checkout to clear their session.

  1. In the dashboard, navigate to Customers.
  2. Select the customer whose checkout you want to reset.
  3. Select the trash can beside the active checkout instance. At the customer's next visit, a new checkout session will start.

View order history

  1. In the dashboard, navigate to Customers.
  2. Select the customer whose orders you want to view.
  3. View the customer's order history in the Recent orders table. You can select an order to view its details.

View recent activity

  1. In the dashboard, navigate to Customers.
  2. Select the customer whose recent activity you want to view.
  3. In the Advanced section, you can view the following information about the customer's most recent activity:
    • Last login.
    • Last order.

View customer anniversary

  1. In the dashboard, navigate to Customers.
  2. Select the customer whose anniversary you want to view.
  3. In the Notes section, the Anniversary field shows when the customer's account was first activated.
