Email Notifications

Nautical sends event-driven email notifications to the buyers, sellers, and operators in your marketplace. You can send these emails through one of the following:

1. A Nautical email plugin.
2. A native integration with SendGrid.

You can only use one of the options provided above to send emails. This means when you're working with the Nautical email plugin, you have to disable Sendgrid and vice versa.

Emails are triggered by events, such as activating an account, fulfilling an order, or sending an invoice, and are generated using a dynamic template. Nautical creates basic email templates in SendGrid that you can fully customize and build upon to match your brand.
