Disable Email Notifications
Email notifications are triggered by events in the system, such as placing an order or processing a payout. You can deactivate emails to prevent them from being sent.
Turn off buyer emails
- From the Nautical dashboard, go to Settings -> Customer email templates.
- Beside each email you want to disable, switch off Activate.
- Select Save.
Turn off staff member emails
- From the Nautical dashboard, go to Settings -> Staff email templates.
- Beside each email you want to disable, switch off Activate.
- Select Save.
