Disable Email Notifications

Email notifications are triggered by events in the system, such as placing an order or processing a payout. You can deactivate emails to prevent them from being sent.

Turn off buyer emails

  1. From the Nautical dashboard, go to Settings -> Customer email templates.
  2. Beside each email you want to disable, switch off Activate.
  3. Select Save.

Turn off staff member emails

  1. From the Nautical dashboard, go to Settings -> Staff email templates.
  2. Beside each email you want to disable, switch off Activate.
  3. Select Save.
