Orders
The Orders page shows you all orders placed by customers, as well as those created manually by marketplace staff members. An order is generated when a customer successfully completes the checkout process or when a marketplace operator creates and finalizes a draft order from the dashboard.
Nautical creates two order-related records: a marketplace order and a seller order.
Fulfilling orders Update orders when an item is fulfilled to update stock levels and update the buyer.
Draft orders Prepare draft orders in the dashboard and request payment from the buyer.
Order notes Use order notes to share instructions, requirements, or any other extra information about an order.
Invoices Generate different types of invoices from an order to send the buyer a document with the details of their order.
Order payments Each order tracks the payment status and is not considered complete until payment is captured.
Refunds Refund buyers directly back to their original method of payment.
Returns Initiate and track returns for items within an order.
