Fulfilling Orders
Once an order is placed, the marketplace operator and seller receive an email notification. They can then process the order and update the fulfillment status.
An order is marked as fulfilled once it is shipped to the customer, with each fulfillment recorded against the seller order and shown in the order's activity log.
To view an order's activity log, open the order and scroll to the bottom of the page.
Fulfillments are linked to your inventory and shipping setup. Nautical's inventory tracking feature automatically updates stock quantity when an order is placed and fulfilled.
