Cancel a Fulfillment
If you mark one or more items as fulfilled by mistake, you cancel the fulfillment. This returns the order line items to the unfulfilled state and replenishes the stock at the warehouse, so that you can fulfill the items again when you're ready.

Canceling a fulfillment does not cancel that portion of the order or refund the buyer automatically. To remove items from the order, decline the fulfillment.
Steps
- Go to the order details page.
- In the fulfilled section of the order, select Cancel fulfillment.
- In the Cancel fulfillment dialog, select the warehouse you fulfilled the order from.
This will restock the product quantity at the selected warehouse. - Select Cancel fulfillment.
Result
The cancelled fulfillment remains visible on the marketplace order. The "Fulfillment Canceled" and "Restocked" events are recorded in the Activity log on the seller order.
You can go back to the 
section of the order to fulfill the items when you're ready.
