Seller admin

The key activities for seller staff members or admins include viewing and processing orders, managing catalogs, creating microsites, and inviting team members.

Marketplace support

The main activities for marketplace support staff include handling transactions and customer interactions, managing checkouts, orders, fulfillments, and refunds, as well as overseeing seller and customer accounts.

Marketplace admin

Marketplace operator staff should have extensive capabilities to oversee the entire marketplace operation, from configuring system settings and managing vendor agreements to handling orders, customer interactions, and vendor payouts.
